Support

Start with the task in front of you.

Setup, Inbox, AI, usage, and account guidance—organised around the work you are trying to finish.

Set up Envelen

Create a workspace, add an application, register trusted origins, and install the widget. Authenticated products should mint short-lived support tokens on the server; public sites can use origin-bound visitor sessions.

  • Workspace and application setup
  • Trusted browser origins
  • Authenticated customer sessions
  • React widget installation

Work in the Inbox

Open, assign, reply to, move, and resolve conversations from one workspace. Customer identity and product context remain beside the thread, while internal notes stay separate from customer-visible replies.

  • Conversation views and search
  • Team and teammate assignment
  • Open, pending, and resolved states
  • Customer details and conversation history

Configure AI Copilot

Choose a managed or BYOK provider, pin the model, set the application policy, publish relevant Knowledge, and run the readiness test with representative questions before activation.

Copilot remains supervised in beta: a teammate reviews every suggestion before send.

Understand usage and plans

Conversation and managed AI allowances reset by UTC calendar month. The dashboard warns at 80% managed AI usage; managed generation pauses at 100%, while conversations, human replies, and BYOK remain available.

Launch pricing is shown in USD by default, with the same numeric amount in EUR.

Account, privacy, and data

Use account settings to manage your profile, avatar, theme, passkeys, and workspace access. Workspace owners control the customer data sent to Envelen and the people authorised to access it.
