Start with a real Inbox
The Free plan is designed for a small product that already needs reliable customer support but does not need enterprise complexity. It includes the same core conversation model used by larger teams.
There is no need to rebuild the support workflow when the company grows.
- 1 application
- 2 teammates
- 65 conversations per month
- 25 managed AI readiness tests per month · beta
Keep context from day one
Early support often happens across direct messages, personal inboxes, and browser tabs. Envelen keeps the conversation beside verified identity, organisation, plan, page, and custom product attributes.
That structure makes the first support process useful without making it heavy.
- Shared ownership
- Searchable history
- Customer and organisation context
- Mobile PWA access
Add AI after the answers are trustworthy
Copilot begins as a supervised beta on Team and Business. It drafts from published Knowledge and leaves the send decision with a teammate. Paid plans can use the managed allowance or connect their own OpenAI or Mammouth key.
BYOK generations remain outside the managed Envelen allowance, while provider limits and Envelen anti-abuse controls still apply.
Move plans when volume moves
Team raises the allowance to 3 applications, 5 teammates, 1,000 monthly conversations, and 1,000 managed AI replies. Business supports 10 applications, 15 teammates, 10,000 conversations, and 10,000 managed AI replies.
USD and EUR use the same numeric amount. The pricing page remains the source of truth for the current launch offer.
What early access means
Envelen is still in early access. AI is supervised, paid Stripe checkout is not active yet, and the displayed launch prices remain estimates until final billing terms are published.
No paid subscription begins without an explicit checkout and acceptance of the final plan, currency, tax, and renewal terms.
