Privacy policy
This policy explains the data Envelen needs to operate a secure customer-support service. It will be reviewed before paid billing opens.
Data we process
Envelen processes account details, workspace membership, application configuration, support conversations, customer context supplied by your product, and limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, deliver the Inbox and Messenger, route conversations, provide context to authorised teammates, send configured notifications, operate integrations, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
Customer data
Workspace owners control the customer data they send to Envelen. Access is restricted by workspace membership, application scope, and verified widget sessions. Browser-supplied identity is not trusted on its own.
Service providers
Infrastructure, database, object-storage, transactional-email, observability, and future payment providers may process only the data needed to provide their service under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while the workspace is active and for the limited period needed for recovery, security, or legal obligations. Account and workspace deletion controls will be documented before general availability.
Your choices
You can update account and workspace information from Envelen. Customer privacy requests should first be directed to the organisation whose product uses Envelen, as that organisation controls the conversation data.
