Terms of service
These terms cover the current Envelen early-access service and the path to future Stripe billing.
Early access
Envelen is currently offered in early access. Features, limits, and availability may change as the service is prepared for general availability. Material changes will be communicated before paid billing begins.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, authorised workspace membership, secure credentials, and activity performed through your account or API keys.
Acceptable use
Do not use Envelen to violate law, abuse or deceive people, send unsolicited messages, interfere with the service, probe other workspaces, or process data you are not authorised to handle.
Customer content
You retain responsibility for the conversations, customer context, knowledge content, and files submitted through your workspace. You grant Envelen only the rights needed to host and process that content to provide the service.
Availability
The early-access service is provided without a guaranteed service level. Envelen may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, or the integrity of the service.
Pricing and billing
The displayed launch prices are estimates. No paid subscription begins until Stripe billing is connected and you explicitly accept the final plan, currency, tax treatment, and renewal terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Envelen approaches general availability. The effective date at the top of this page will change when a revision is published.
