Resource limits apply per workspace, across its applications. Storage includes reserved uploads; archived articles do not count toward the active article allowance. At a limit, new additions pause without deleting existing data. Telegram requires a dedicated bot and connected destinations; personal notifications allow one private chat per member on Business. Alerts contain no customer message content.

Pricing FAQ
You can connect one application, invite one teammate, install the Messenger, and start up to 65 new conversations each month. At the limit, existing threads and human replies keep working, but a new thread waits until the next UTC calendar month.
Free includes managed readiness tests for evaluating grounded answers. Supervised Inbox drafts and OpenAI or Mammouth BYOK start on Team. AI remains in beta on every plan where it is available.
One successful Copilot generation counts as one managed AI reply, whether it returns a draft or recommends handoff. Each regeneration and successful readiness test counts once. Editing or sending a draft adds no usage, and failed provider calls do not count.
Team and Business can connect an OpenAI or Mammouth AI API key for the workspace. BYOK is not included with Free. BYOK generations never consume the Envelen-managed AI allowance, although Envelen anti-abuse controls and your provider’s own limits and charges still apply.
Envelen uses simple regional price parity: a $29 plan is €29 in Europe. Stripe will handle the selected currency, tax, invoices, and payment methods when paid checkout is connected.
A conversation starts when a customer sends the first message in a new thread. Follow-up messages in that thread do not create another conversation.
At 80% of the managed AI allowance, Envelen shows a dashboard warning and managed generation continues. At 100%, Envelen-managed generation pauses until the next UTC calendar month. The Inbox and human replies continue; BYOK also continues on Team and Business. No overage is charged while Stripe is disconnected.
Yes. Envelen is an installable mobile PWA: add the responsive web Inbox to the iOS or Android Home Screen. It is not a native App Store or Play Store application.
